Payment is required before Traits2Lead provides access to the designated assessment participant. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Traits2Lead does not store or process payment card information directly.

Following successful payment, Traits2Lead will provide the purchased assessment to the designated assessment participant. Assessment reports are delivered electronically to the purchaser after the assessment has been completed and processed.

Traits2Lead does not guarantee hiring decisions, promotions, employee performance, retention, organizational outcomes, or business results.
All assessment questions, scoring methodologies, reports, graphics, written content, trademarks, logos, website content, software, and related materials are the intellectual property of Traits2Lead and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers may use purchased reports internally for their own business purposes.
Customers may not:
Copy or reproduce assessment content.
Resell or sublicense assessments or reports.
Distribute assessment questions publicly.
Reverse engineer or attempt to recreate the assessment methodology.
Because Traits2Lead provides digital assessment services that become available immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds are not provided once an assessment has been started or completed.

a duplicate charge
a payment processing error
or a technical issue that prevents access to or delivery of the purchased assessment or report
